Gauri Sarin, a Talent & Life Coach, is a graduate from XLRI specialised in Human Resources Management with 25 years of experience in working with corporates and  running successful businesses in Talent search and consulting viz. Approach International and Approach Talent Solutions. She has been active in past 7 years in the area of citizens engagement and urban governance and set up a platform – Gurgaon Action Plan (pl see www.rurbaninitiatives.com). She also set up a not for profit company Saahas – An Initiative for women by women (www.saahasforwomen.org) to mentor women to reach their potential.

In 2017 she made a foray into rural India connecting to women in agriculture through two initiatives Kasturi (a project supported by the Tata Group) and Bhumijaa a program conceived to foster agripreneurship at a national level among women. Bhumijaa not only brings a vision of agripreneurship as a game changer for women and agriculture but is a platform to leverage India’s vast heritage of traditional and healthy food.   As a personal step in the direction she trained to become a natural farming teacher through Art of Living.

Apart from above, Gauri has varied interests which includes meditating, writing, music. She is passionate about environment and future living habitats, a mentor and coach for leaders and a community builder (both online and off line).

She is inspired by Sri Sri Ravishankar to serve humanity and has the unstinting support of two wonderful parents in her unchartered pursuits.
